The Israel Latin America Chamber of Commerce is one of the oldest and most active organizations of its kind in Israel
Conformed as an NGO, our Chamber is dedicated to the promotion and development of bi-lateral business opportunities.

Positioned at the crossroads of the government and business sector of Israel and Latin America we offer a strong networking basis to operate and flourish in most Latin American markets. We are proud to count amongst our members the top Israeli industries, financial institutions, service providers and professionals.

Our close collaboration with Israel’s embassies and sister chambers from Mexico through Argentina enables us to keep updated regarding all major events and business opportunities.

We host every year dozens of business delegations from all over Latin America and organize seminars, business agendas and B2B encounters. We offer through our members top of the line legal advice, due diligence, mediation and consulting services in general.

Roberto Is a businessman and the CEO of Spin Marketing and Investments Ltd. a boutique consulting firm specialized in Business Development and technology transfer between Israeli companies interested in Latin American markets and vice versa. For the last 20 years Mr. Spindel has been building bridges between the Israeli and Latin American business communities promoting business and serving as a culture translator without neglecting his passion for local economic development. In 2020 was included in the list of the most influential Latin American promotors in Israel by the JNN and last year he was awarded the OTLI, the major distinction given by the Mexican Government to Mexicans living abroad. He is the co-author of the book “Como Israel me Hizo ser Mejor Mexicano".

Roberto Spindel - President

Marian is a distinguished engineer and manager with a distinguished career in both the military and high-tech industries. A former captain in the elite military division 8200, he moved to the private sector, where he held CEO positions at the Mer Group, managing large-scale projects and international operations in 25 countries. Five years ago, he became president after eight years as CEO. In addition to his corporate achievements, Marian is active in public service. He is the president of the umbrella organization of the 54 binational chambers of commerce in Israel, chairman of HLS Industries at the Export Institute, honorary chairman of the Israel Chamber of Commerce - UMLAT, and founder of the Israel Chamber of Commerce - Gulf States.

Meny is a partner at Pearl Cohen (one of the largest and most prominent law firms in Israel) and is the Co-Chair of the Latin America (LATAM) and Spain Practice Group at Pearl Cohen. Meny and the Pearl Cohen LATAM and Spain Practice Group represent companies and individuals from LATAM and Spain in their commercial and corporate matters in Israel and worldwide; and likewise, represent Israeli and international companies and individuals in their Spanish language and LATAM and Spain markets related matters. Being born and raised in Mexico, Meny's multicultural background and experience empowers him to comprehend different cultural mentalities and legal systems, work in various languages, and assist clients in bridging the gap between Israeli and international legal and business environments.

Ralph has been an active member of the management of the Chamber for well over a decade and is currently CFO of P-Cure Ltd, a ground-breaking Israeli medical device company specializing in Proton Radiotherapy Technology. Ralph is UK born and educated and has accumulated many years of experience in financial management, especially concerning the finance of international trade.

Yoram has an extensive experience in the world of real estate in Israel and abroad. Honorary consul in Belize Vice President of the Ambassadors Club. Vice President of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce - Israel. He was also Czech Honorary Consul and head of the Czech Israel Chamber of Commerce, a representative of the Austrian Bank Raiffeisen International.

Itzik is a Chairman and CEO of Readymix Industries (Israel) Ltd., a subsidiary of Cemex, has led the company since 1987. Under his leadership, Readymix has become a leader in Israel's construction industry by focusing on high product quality, professional expertise, environmental commitment, and adherence to strict standards in a competitive market. He has driven continuous product improvement, transitioned production from traditional methods to high-tech processes, and promoted quality assurance, sustainability, and safety. Yitzhak has also expanded Cemex's activities in Israel, making it a top international investor in the country, with Readymix being a leading entity within the global group.

Ytzhak Bejerano - VP

Rina is the founder and CEO of Nogaplus, a company that implements innovative entrepreneurial practices within Latin American markets, while promoting growth- generating ecosystems. Born in Uruguay (lived in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, and USA) and now residing in Israel, Rina leads innovation processes as an entrepreneur, lecturer, mentor, and marketing research expert. Her vision is to link innovation with positive psychology for the benefit of her clients and partners. Rina has an M.A. in Research Psychology from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and is the author of numerous papers on marketing research and customer satisfaction

Alexander is the Director of Marketing of ASHRA - Export Credit Agency of the State of Israel. ASHRA ensures medium and long-term export credit lines between Israeli banks and foreign buyers against non-payment risks and Israeli investments abroad. Eyal is an attorney and economist and is a partner at Israel's largest law firm, Herzog Fox & Neeman. Eyal specializes in international transactions and international taxation and is the head of HFN's transfer pricing department. Eyal is recommended by the Legal 500 and serves as an adjunct professor of law in the Haifa University, teaching Transfer Pricing and High-Tech investments

Johanna originally from Colombia, is a passionate tourism and travel industry professional with over 15 years of experience. She has held key positions at major airlines such as Turkish Airlines and Air Europa, where she honed her expertise in business development, marketing, communications, and sales demonstrating a proven track record of business and revenue growth. Johanna holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in International Management and Marketing. As a dedicated board member of the Israel-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, Johanna is committed to strengthening ties between Latin America and Israel, fostering tourism and travel exchanges

Yossi is an Israeli lawyer, businessman and entrepreneur; He is considered as a leading investor in Central America & The Caribbean. He was recognized by Forbes magazine as the most notable Israeli in Central America and a Latin American opinion leader. In 2021, he was appointed as the Honorary Consul of El Salvador in Israel.
